Every year, the Society holds an Annual General Meeting, giving our members the chance to have a say in how we run our business.

The 2023 AGM took place on Thursday 25 May 2023. Read the 2023 AGM minutes.

Since 2020, we have delivered our AGM online. This allows our members to come together in a secure and accessible way, and gives you the option to actively participate.

Your vote counts

For every vote registered in 2023, we’re donating £5 to the charity Magic Breakfast. The charity provides free, healthy breakfasts to children in disadvantaged areas of the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn.
