Wesleyan's commitment to corporate citizenship is a natural extension of our continuing ethical principles
Since it was launched, Wesleyan Charity Advisory Committee (previously Wesleyan Charitable Trust) has made donations totalling over £1 million in support of various good causes.
Wesleyan is currently supporting CLIC Sargent as their Chosen Staff Charity.
We will be working closely with CLIC Sargent to raise as much money as possible in support of their vital work.
Between 2009 and 2010 the Chosen Staff Charity was The Alzheimer's Society with over £47,000 being donated to help with the charity's excellent work.
The Wesleyan Charity Advisory Committee is committed to engaging and supporting staff who take part in fundraising events, either in support of the Chosen Charity or their own personal choice and frequently match fund the amount raised by individual staff.
We have also donated to a range of other good causes including the BBC Children in Need Appeal, Red Nose Day, Birmingham Children's Hospital, Acorns Children's Hospices, Duke of Edinburgh Awards, Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, Edwards Trust, St Basils, Dream Makers and more.
