Corporate Governance - Policyholder Communications
The Board is committed to a policy of openness in its communications with policyholders.
During the year, the Board has sought to keep all relevant stakeholders informed on all major issues.
At it's Annual General Meeting, the members of the Board are available to answer questions.
Separate resolutions are proposed on each issue so that they can be given proper consideration.
