Member Relations
As a mutual society, Wesleyan is committed to meeting the needs of all its customers and has been looking after the finances of generations of its members since the 19th Century.
It is owned by, and is for the benefit of, its members, who enjoy a share in the Society's success.
Mutuality is a tried and trusted business model with no conflict of interest arising from pressure to pay shareholders.
Instead, a mutual can concentrate on looking after its members and customers' short, medium and long-term financial interests.
