Switching the fund your policy is invested in

Question
How do I switch the fund in which my policy is invested in?

Answer
If you would like to change the funds in which your money is invested, please confirm this in writing to the address below. All funds are managed on a forward pricing basis; therefore all switches are processed the next working day based on the price of units on the day of receipt.

We allow one free switch per year. You will be charged for any subsequent switches depending on your policy type. We are unable to accept faxed requests for fund switches.

Please send your request to:

Changing Your Bank or Bank Account

Question
I have recently changed my bank, how can I change my Direct Debit details?

Answer
Direct Debits have become more user-friendly and your own bank may transfer a Direct Debit from your old account to a new account. We would suggest that you check with your bank to see if they offer this facility. If they do, they will make the necessary changes to transfer your collection arrangements to your new bank.

Alternatively, please contact us and we will send you a Direct Debit to complete and return to us.
