Wesleyan names Ian Copley as new Head of Sales

Wesleyan, the specialist financial mutual, has appointed Ian Copley as the new Head of Sales for its Medical North team.

He will lead a team of 94 Financial Consultants and seven Area Managers in the North of England, providing tailored advice and products to meet the needs of medical professionals.
Mr Ian Copley, Head of SalesIan is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society who brings more than 25 years' industry experience to the role, most recently at Prudential Financial Planning, where he was Regional Director and interim Sales Director.

His career has also included spells at Coutts, Bank of Scotland Investment Service and Equitable Life Assurance Society.

Ian said: "This is a really exciting opportunity to apply the experience I have built up over the course of my career to help Wesleyan achieve its growth ambitions.

"I was attracted to the role by Wesleyan's great heritage, financial strength and its mutual status.

"It is a specialist with an in-depth knowledge of the professions it serves that puts the customer at the heart of what it does, working to create tailored solutions for their commercial and personal financial needs.
