Andrew D'Arcy joined Wesleyan in July 2008 following seven years with RBS Group where he worked in a variety of senior roles in Insurance and Banking in the UK and Europe. Prior to that he worked for KPMG Consulting specialising in the delivery of major change programmes.

Andrew was Wesleyan's Director of General Insurance before becoming Managing Director of Practice Plan Holdings which also incorporates DPAS, following its acquisition by the Society in October 2013. He became Chief Executive of Wesleyan Bank in 2019.

Sean ReadSean Read
Director of Operations at Wesleyan Bank Ltd
Sean replaced Mark Henry as Director of Operations at the Bank in December 2016, moving over from Director of Sales and Marketing.

He also worked in Australia and led the operations team at a leading mid-market IT services provider. He has enjoyed a successful career in financial services over the past 30+ years, with experience in commercial banking and invoice finance, as well as asset finance. At the start of 2016 Sean became a Fellow at The Leasing Foundation.

Simon joined Wesleyan Bank in February 2018. Simon has over 30 years' banking experience having held senior sales, project management and customer advisory positions nationally and internationally.

He possesses a deep understanding of asset finance routes to market and previously spent over 20 years at Lombard Business Finance in a variety of business development and leadership roles, including Head of Major Corporate Asset Finance and Regional Indirect Sales Director.

Iain joined Wesleyan Bank in March 2018. As a highly experienced senior finance executive, Iain has gained a wealth of experience having previously worked as a Finance Director, Company Secretary, Chief Risk Officer and Head of Audit across a variety of sectors and businesses including Close Brothers, KPMG, Egg and Al Rayan Bank.

Throughout his career, Iain has demonstrated a strong track record for working with fast growing, technology led SMEs in the banking industry. In addition, he is also highly skilled in corporate governance, financial risk, risk management and corporate finance.

Rebecca joined Wesleyan Bank in April 2019. After graduating in Law, Rebecca gained extensive experience in a variety of risk and compliance roles, predominantly within the retail banking, consumer credit and building society sectors where latterly she was the Chief Risk Officer for a regional Building Society and responsible for the oversight of all compliance, risk and financial crime-related matters.

Rebecca has extensive knowledge and experience of dealing with regulatory and risk matters, both in industry roles and working as a consultant for Deloitte LLP. In her current position, Rebecca has senior management responsibility of all risk matters at Wesleyan Bank, which encompasses the requirement to ensure that appropriate procedures and capability exists within the Bank to be able to identify and manage risks that it has planned to take, or that it encounters.
