  • How do I change my address?

    Call us on 0800 058 2965. You’ll need to complete security and tell us your policy numbers, so make sure you have them to hand. We’ll then update your records to make sure any letters are sent to your new address.

  • How do I change the name on my policy?

    You’ll need to include your policy number and a copy of your marriage certificate, deed poll or other legal document confirming your name change. If you send the original document or certified copy, we’ll record your details and return the documents to you.

  • How do I switch the fund my policy is invested in?

    You’ll need to include your policy number in your letter. If you aren’t sure if your policy lets you switch funds, call us on 0800 058 2965.

    Please note that all our funds are managed on a forward pricing basis. This means switches are processed the next working day based on the price of units on the day of receipt.

    We allow one free switch per year. You’ll be charged for any following switches, depending on your policy. We process all switches in line with the terms and conditions of your policy. We’re unable to accept faxed requests.
