Residential Landlord insurance

What's not covered:

  • Employers Liability
  • Any loss caused by wear and tear
  • Loss or damage whilst the buildings are undergoing any structural repairs, alterations or extensions

Travel

Travel insurance that goes a long way

That's why travel insurance from Wesleyan, with its worldwide cover, will give you peace of mind, especially if you enjoy more adventurous breaks and often travel to places off the beaten track. Your worldwide travel insurance can be extended to include cover for:

  • Cancellation or curtailment - up to £15,000
  • Missed departure - up to £1,000
  • Personal accident  -  up to £50,000
  • Delayed baggage - up to £1,000
  • Loss of passport - up to £1,000
  • Travel delay - up to £750
  • Medical expenses - up to £10m
  • Legal expenses - up to £100,000


What's not covered

There are some areas which the travel policy cannot cover. Here are some of the things that are excluded:

  • Age restrictions may apply depending on the insurance provider
  • Travel to a destination which the Foreign & Commonwealth Office has advised against all or all but essential travel
  • Pregnancy within 12 weeks before and 12 weeks after the estimated date of delivery
  • Any trip that is undertaken for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment (whatever the nature of this treatment) or against the advice of a medically qualified doctor or after being given a terminal prognosis

Boats and small craft
Whether you own a boat or small craft, and whether you use it on coastal waters or inland waterways, we work with specialist private client insurers to provide comprehensive cover based on your individual needs.

Cover can include:

  • loss or damage to your craft by fire, theft, accident, or malicious damage
  • loss or damage to personal effects
  • Third Party and Passenger Liability cover
  • loss or damage whilst in transit by road, rail or sea, excluding Third Party Claims whilst in transit by road
  • racing risks cover for small sailing yachts
  • a bespoke policy for craft with a value in excess of £1million


What's not covered

  • Registration  - Any craft registered outside of the United Kingdom
  • Transit by road  - any loss or damage arising from an incident which occurs during the transit of your craft by road
  • Racing - Any craft participating in racing, speed testing, competitions or trials
