1. Check that the parking area and walkways are always well maintained, so that the pathways are smooth and safe from uneven surfaces, potholes or cracks.
2. Check refrigerators frequently, to make sure no water is leaking on the floor and that they are still working. This avoids refrigerated vaccines becoming unusable and wasted.
3. Make sure any interior areas are will lit and especially the staircases.
4.Regularly check carpeted areas, walkway mats and wooden floors for loose, torn or damaged sections. These should be replaced immediately to avoid trips and falls.
5. Keep the front desk and reception area clutter free.
