Wesleyan Board members have seen for themselves how the groundwork is being laid for the group's new digital strategy.
They met with members of the Digital team at Head Office to see the latest developments being made to the website, MyWesleyan, the intranet, social media and the new mobile app.
The Digital Strategy will be at the core of Wesleyan's ambitious growth plans, as it aims to use the latest technology and digital channels to get closer to customers and provide them with the services they require at the tips of their fingers.
One of the highlights will be getting a preview of Wesleyan's mobile app, which will allow customers to use their smart phones and tablets to access information about their Wesleyan products, but also make contact with their FCs quickly and easily.
Ash Mukadam, Head of Digital Strategy & Sales at Wesleyan, said: "Getting the Board's support has been vital as we push ahead with our plans to transform Wesleyan's digital presence.
"This visit is a great opportunity for us to show where we are now, where we want us to be in the future, and the plans we have in place to get us there."
