
Wesleyan received several awards from
Birmingham Children's Hospital on Saturday (14 May) in recognition of charity fundraising efforts.
The hospital's 100 Heroes awards recognise individuals, groups and companies who have gone above and beyond in their fundraising efforts.
Wesleyan's Charity Fundraiser, Jessica Wilkes-Reading was honoured with the Innovative Fundraiser of the Year award for her work on
The Unstoppable Maggie McGee, and the society was also presented with the prestigious Partnership Award in recognition of fundraising efforts for the Cancer Centre in 2013-2014 and the Magnolia House Appeal in 2015-2016.
