Terms and conditions
1. The promoter of this offer is Wesleyan Assurance Society (“Wesleyan”) of Colmore Circus, Birmingham B4 6AR (incorporated in England with company number ZC000145).
2. The offer is administered and fulfilled by The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited (referred to as “MLP”) of The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA4 4PG (incorporated in England with company number 06467245).
3. This offer is governed by these terms and conditions. By taking out a With Profits ISA with Wesleyan with a lump sum investment, in conjunction with this offer, you accept to be bound by these terms and conditions. Should you not wish to participate in this offer, please notify us at financialreview@wesleyan.co.uk.
Eligibility
4. The offer is only available to new and existing customers who don’t currently have a With Profits ISA with Wesleyan (referred to as “the Product”).
5. The offer is only valid in respect of qualifying individuals who take out the Product and make a lump sum investment (including an ISA transfer) with a minimum amount of £5,000 into the Product between 26 February 2024 and 31 May 2024 (inclusive). Individuals opening a Product with a monthly premium contribution shall not be eligible for this offer.
6. If you close the Product or make a withdrawal from the Product within 120 days from the date it is opened, you will not be eligible to receive this offer.
7. The offer is only available to individuals (including employees of Wesleyan and its group or their family members) who take out the Product via Wesleyan’s direct channel. This means that you must take out the product via Wesleyan’s website. Products taken out via any other channel (including advised or introduced sales) are not eligible.
8. You must be aged over 18 years old and a UK resident to be eligible for this offer.
9. The offer is not transferable to other individuals.

11. The amount of your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card† will be determined by your first lump sum deposit made into the Product. Additional lump sums will not be counted.
12. To claim your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card†, you do not need to do anything. Wesleyan and its fulfilment partner, MLP, will issue your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card† via email in accordance with the following timescales:

13. Wesleyan is not responsible if your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card† is delayed, mis-directed or incomplete for reasons beyond Wesleyan’s control or where your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card† cannot be processed for any technical or other reason.
14. When claiming your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card†, you may be required to agree to separate terms and conditions with the provider of the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card†. You accept that Wesleyan is not responsible for the content of those terms and conditions and cannot be responsible if you cannot access or use your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card† because you do not wish to agree those terms and conditions.
15. No cash alternative will be offered. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected. Offers are subject to availability.
Privacy and data protection
16. To claim this offer, it will be necessary for Wesleyan to collect personal information relating to you which may include personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, contact details and customer reference number). Wesleyan will use this personal information to administer and fulfil the offer. Wesleyan may have to share this information with third parties who help to administer the offer. In particular, Wesleyan uses MLP to administer and fulfil this offer. To enable MLP to carry out this role, Wesleyan will share with MLP the names, email addresses and customer reference numbers of qualifying individuals who are eligible for this offer.
17. Further information on how Wesleyan will use, store and handle your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy set out your rights and each of our duties relating to your personal information. It also sets out how you can contact us, withdraw your consent and raise any complaints relating to our use of your personal information.
18. By participating in this offer, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your personal information as described above.
General
19. These terms apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the Product.
20. Wesleyan reserves the right to update, amend (including substituting the prize with a prize of similar value and/or selecting a new or not using a fulfilment partner) or withdraw this offer at any time.
21. Wesleyan reserves the right to not issue an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card† to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions, and/or where it suspects fraudulent activity.
22. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
