Meet the team

Gerrard Kilbride

After completing his degree in Mathematics, Gerrard began his financial services career in 2000, working as a Trainee Financial Adviser with CIS. He worked mainly in pensions and investments, before moving onto working in the banking and mortgage sectors.

In 2015, he started working with hospital doctors at Wesleyan, covering the areas of Manchester and Cheshire. Over a period of almost a decade, he has gained specialist knowledge of the NHS Pension Scheme, as well as Inheritance Tax planning and pensions.

Gerrard now works as a Specialist Financial Planner covering the North Midlands and North Wales regions, encompassing Leicester to the South-East, Manchester to the North and Anglesey to the West.

He likes to spend time with his family at the weekend and occasionally finds time to go to the football.

Nicola Harrop

Nicola has worked in financial services for over 30 years, and is dedicated to ensuring her clients receive the right advice, at the right time, for their personal circumstances.

She puts her clients at the heart of any advice she provides, recognising that they are the most important person in the process. As a result, she is often told by clients that they have a deeper understanding of their financial position after working with her, and that they are looking forward to their futures.

Nicola understands the importance of 'sitting in the seat of retirement', working with people to solidify their later life plans in a way that removes any stress from the process, meaning they can enjoy the next chapter of life.

Using comprehensive cashflow modelling, Nicola can also advise on a range of complex financial areas, including business exit strategies, legacy and estate planning, and investing.

Outside of work, Jackie spends her time walking in the countryside with her two dogs and horse-riding. She also volunteers at her local stables every weekend and is a very proud mum of three delightful sons.
