Access our services in a way that works for you
At Wesleyan, we want to make it as easy as possible for all customers to communicate with us.
If you struggle with your hearing, sight or speech, here are some ways you can access the information and support you need, in the simplest way for you.
Accessibility support
- Braille, large font or audio documents - Most of our key product documents can be made available in a variety of formats. If you would like a document in Braille, large print or audio, please call us on 0800 975 3710.
- Increased font sizes for digital content - You can increase the font size on our website via your internet browser. For most browsers, this option can be found under the 'settings' or 'options' menu. More information can be found further down this page under 'website accessibility'.
- Stamps instead of signatures - If you use a stamp instead of a signature, please just speak to us and we can make the necessary arrangements.
- Letter of authority - If you prefer to have somebody else communicate with us on your behalf, you can give them permission to access and discuss your plan information. You'll just need to complete a letter of authority.
For general help and guidance around living with sight loss, visit the RNIB (Royal National Institute for the Blind)
- Alternative ways to get in touch - If it's not easy to talk to us on the telephone, you can send us a message instead via your My Wesleyan account. If you're not registered for My Wesleyan yet, you can sign up here. Register with a mobile number so we can text you a code each time you log in.
- Written confirmation - If you struggle with hearing, we're always happy to follow up any verbal interactions in writing. Just let us know and we'll send a follow up by email, post or secure message in My Wesleyan.
- Letter of authority - If you prefer to have somebody else communicate with us on your behalf, you can give them permission to access and discuss your plan information. You'll just need to complete a letter of authority.
