3. About our services and the regulation of Financial Services
3.1. Wesleyan Assurance Society is a provider of life, pensions, protection and investment products.
3.2. Wesleyan Financial Services Limited provides an advisory service on a range of financial products and services including protection, savings, pensions and investment products from Wesleyan Assurance Society, plus a selection of products, including general insurance, from other providers.
3.3. Wesleyan Bank Ltd provides a range of savings accounts, ISAs and unsecured personal and commercial lending.
3.4. Wesleyan Unit Trust Managers Limited is an ISA and Unit Trust manager.
3.5. Practice Plan Limited is a provider of dental membership plans, an arranger of insurance and a credit broker.
3.6. DPAS Limited is a provider of dental plans.
3.7. Medenta finance Limited is a credit broker.

4.1. 7.1. If you would like to comment on or complain about any aspect of our business or services, please contact the complaints team and we will try to resolve the issue for you. If you are still not satisfied, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

8.1. Wesleyan Assurance Society is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to claim compensation from the scheme in the unlikely event that we cannot meet our obligations to you. This depends on the type of business we conduct with you and the circumstances of the claim. Further information about the compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS by visiting their website, by email or by writing to the FSCS at PO Box 300, Mitcheldean, GL17 1DY.
9. Money laundering
9.1. Like other financial organisations, we are legally obliged to collect and record information confirming customer identity and to report details of suspicious transactions to the National Crime Agency (NCA).

14.6. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as excluding or limiting the liability of Wesleyan for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by English law.
14.7. Where you deal as a consumer, nothing in the above exclusions affects your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or restrict our duties and liabilities to you under applicable law including, without limitation, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority for the conduct of business and the Prudential Regulation Authority for the responsibility of the prudential regulation.
16.1. These Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and Wesleyan concerning your use of this Site and supersede any previous arrangement, agreement, undertaking or proposal, written or oral between you and Wesleyan in relation to such matters. Wesleyan reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If it does so, the updated version will be effective as soon as it is uploaded on to this Site and your continued use of this Site will constitute your acceptance of such updated Terms and Conditions. No other variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorised representative on behalf of Wesleyan. 16.2. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
