Home insurance claims

If you need to make a home insurance claim, please call our 24-hour home claims line on 0800 107 8166.

If you opted to take our Total Home Protection cover, you can also use this number to access home emergency, legal cover, key care or pest control services.

Please refer to your policy wording for a summary of your cover.

Motor insurance claims

If you need to make a motor insurance claim or have a damaged windscreen, please call our 24-hour motor claim line on 0800 055 6609.

Breakdown assistance

If you have our Call Assist breakdown cover and need to use this service, please call their 24-hour line on 0800 975 2086.

Travel insurance claims

To make a claim on your travel insurance or medical elective travel insurance policy, call +44 (0)330 660 0785 or email assistance@mstream.co.uk

Private Clients insurance claims

For Private Client and Specialist insurance claims, please refer to your policy documents for your insurer’s contact details.

This includes Private Clients home, motor, landlord, holiday home, unoccupied home and non-standard home insurance claims.
