Changing the name on your policy

Here's how to update your name with Wesleyan

Update your name online

If you’ve changed your name and/or your title, you can let us know via your My Wesleyan account. Simply log in here and complete the name/title change form to get started. 

We will then need to see a copy of your marriage certificate/deed poll or other legal document confirming the change of your name. You can send this online via My Wesleyan or by post to the address below:

Other ways to update your name

You can also start your name change over the phone, by calling us on 0800 058 2965. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You’ll need to have your policy numbers to hand.

We will then need to see a copy of your marriage certificate/deed poll or other legal document confirming the change of your name. You can send this online via My Wesleyan or by post to the address above.

If you send the original document or certified copy, we’ll record your details and return the documents to you.
