Testimonial terms

Thank you for agreeing to provide a written testimonial ("Testimonial”).

By signing this notice, you authorise Wesleyan Financial Services Ltd (registered in England and Wales No. 1651212) and/or any member of the Wesleyan Group of companies* (together us, we or Wesleyan) to use, store, publish and otherwise reproduce and distribute the Testimonial with or without your name in perpetuity worldwide in any and all Wesleyan related media or for any lawful use. These uses may include (but are not limited to) marketing and promotional materials (both online and in hard copy), internal training and social media posts.

Please note that whilst we do not currently undertake business outside of the United Kingdom, the Testimonial may be viewed on the internet anywhere in the world and some countries do not provide the same level of protection that is required under English law.

1. All personal data supplied in the Testimonial will be processed as set out in our privacy notice which can be found at www.wesleyan.co.uk/privacy/wesleyan.

2. You can tell us at any time that you no longer wish for the Testimonial to be used by writing to us at privacy@wesleyan.co.uk or to Wesleyan Financial Services, Colmore Circus, Birmingham B4 6AR. Where it is possible to do so, we shall remove the Testimonial from use, but it may continue to appear in existing materials already in circulation. We may be required to retain copies of the Testimonial for archive and regulatory purposes.
