Changing your Direct Debit
If you pay into your plan via Direct Debit and wish to change your Direct Debit details, you may be able to do this via your bank or building society.
If your bank doesn't offer this service, please use the details below:
You can request a new Direct Debit Instruction form from us by contacting us through My Wesleyan or by calling us on 0800 058 2965.
We will send you a new direct debit instruction to complete and return to us. Once we receive your form, we will process the change and send you a confirmation letter to let you know when the new collection date will be.

Wesleyan Unit Trust Managers (WUTM) plans
If you’re a WUTM customer, please call 0330 123 3813 and we can change your Direct Debit over the phone. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
