Received a letter from the DWP?

We need new address details from you

Sometimes when we try to contact our customers, our communications can't be delivered as we don't have your most recent contact details.

In these rare cases, we contact the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), who use the contact details they hold to get in touch on our behalf.

If you have received a letter from the DWP on behalf of Wesleyan, this is a genuine letter and it's important that you contact us to get your details updated.

What you need to do

The letter should contain a 'change of address' form. Please complete the form, and return a signed, scanned copy to us via email at gone.away@wesleyan.co.uk

Alternatively you can update your details over the phone, by calling us on 0800 316 4308, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
