The promoter of the Accord Legal Services Offer set out in the My Wesleyan website and Wesleyan.co.uk (which is referred to as the “Offer”) is Wesleyan Assurance Society (referred to as the “Society”) of Colmore Circus, Birmingham B4 6AR (incorporated in England and Wales with company number ZC000145). The Offer is administered and fulfilled by Accord Legal Services Ltd., of 51A Ormskirk Street, St Helens, WA10 2SY (incorporated in England and Wales with company number 08334845).
- The Offer is governed by these terms and conditions. By claiming the Offer, you accept these terms and conditions.
- The Offer is only available to individuals (including employees of the Society and its group) who meet the conditions for eligibility set out below. These individuals are referred to as "Qualifying Members".
- To be a Qualifying Member for the Offer you must be:
- Offers are not transferable outside of these terms.
- To access the Offer you can follow the below steps;
- Choosing the Offer entitles a Qualifying Member to access the discount being offered by Accord Legal Services for the period in which they remain a Qualifying Member. There are limitations and accepted levels of usage which you agree to when signing up to when purchasing from Accord Legal Services.
- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory cancellation rights.
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions of your policy or other product with the Society and do not change those terms and conditions.
- The Society is not responsible if you claim the Offer and your access to the service is delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be processed for any technical or other reason.
- The Society is not responsible for the services provided to you by Accord Legal Services.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit any liability of the Society that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury arising from the Society's negligence.
- No alternative will be offered in respect of the Offer.
- The Society may
- While the Society will endeavour to keep the Offer up to date, you accept that the Society cannot control the actions of the third parties who provide the services on Offer. As such, the Offer are subject to availability.
- When claiming the Offer, you may be required to agree separate terms and conditions with Accord Legal Services Ltd. You accept that the Society is not responsible for the content of those terms and conditions and cannot be responsible if you cannot access the Offer because you do not wish to agree those terms and conditions.

- To claim the Offer, it will be necessary for the Society to collect personal information relating to you which may include personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, contact details and customer reference number). The Society will use this personal information to direct Qualifying Members to the Accord Legal Services offer, and to allow Accord Legal Services to administer access to the Offer and for other marketing purposes.
- Further information on how the Society will use, store and handle your personal information can be found in Wesleyan's privacy policy. The Privacy Policy set out your rights and each of our duties relating to your personal information. They also set out how you can contact each of us and raise any complaints relating to our use of your personal information.
- In accessing the Offer and using the Accord Legal Services, you may be asked to provide personal information to Accord Legal Services. The Society has no control over the way Accord Legal Services will use, store or handle such personal information, which will be managed under Accord Legal Services privacy policies and terms.
- By claiming the Offer, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your personal information as described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting memberbenefits@wesleyan.co.uk.
- These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

b) amend these terms and conditions
at any time and without notice by changing this website.
