The promoter of the Mutual Benefits Offer 2026 [set out in the My Wesleyan website and Wesleyan.co.uk] (which is referred to as the “Offer”) is Wesleyan Assurance Society (referred to as the “Society”) of Colmore Circus, Birmingham B4 6AR (incorporated in England with company number ZC000145).
- The Offer is governed by these terms and conditions and is applicable to insurance policies sold by the Society or other members of its group. By applying for a policy, you accept these terms and conditions.
- The Offer is only available to individuals holding a policy with the Society who meet the conditions for eligibility set out below. These individuals are referred to as "Qualifying Members".
- To be a Qualifying Member for the Offer you must be aged 18 years old or over, and be

- Qualifying Members will be entitled to 20% off the total premium of the insurance policy only excluding any ancillary products, fees and charges. The maximum total discount that can be claimed under the Offer is £25,000 across all products.
- The Offer can only be redeemed against applications for:
- The Offer is only valid in respect of approved applications for insurance policies coming into effect on or after 1 January 2026 and before midnight on 31 December 2026.
- The Offer is only available as one discount per policy, but you can use your discount on multiple products.
- The Offer can be used alongside additional discounts that may be offered by the Society.
- Offers are not transferable.
- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions of your policy or other product with the Society and do not change those terms and conditions.
- The Society is not responsible if you claim the Offer and your access to the service is delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be processed for any technical or other reason.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit any liability of the Society that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury arising from the Society’s negligence.
- No alternative (in cash or otherwise) will be offered in respect of the Offer.

The Privacy Policy set out your rights and each of our duties relating to your personal information. They also set out how you can contact us and raise any complaints relating to our use of your personal information.
- By claiming the Offer, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your personal information as described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting general.insurance@wesleyan.co.uk.
- These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

b) the holder of a Society With Profits policy.
If you only hold a pension policy with the Society you are not a Qualifying Member.
a) home insurance (buildings, contents or combined), high value home insurance, non-standard home insurance, landlord's insurance and specialist home insurance;
b) car insurance (including family fleet) and high value car insurance;
c) travel insurance made online;
d) surgery insurance; and
e) other commercial insurance products.
a) amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer, or
b) amend these terms and conditions
