    A host of extra benefits...

    As well as saving money on your insurance, membership also gives you a say in how we run our business. As a mutual, we’re owned by our members – so you get a vote in key matters in the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

    If you hold a qualifying investment product with us, you’ll also be eligible for a ‘mutual bonus’ in the years when it’s paid. And, up until January 2026, members can claim an extra Member Reward too.

    We’re launching exciting new benefits for our members in 2026.

    In addition to existing member benefits like insurance discounts, you’ll soon have access to an exclusive new package that benefits your health, wealth and self.

    One of the first new benefits we can announce will be free digital healthcare for you and your family via Health Hero. The online service provides remote GP appointments, mental health support and more – available to you and your loved ones all year round.
